Long story short, don’t buy here, they are frauds, the website and the team behind the online store is a full nightmare, save yourself some time and buy somewhere else.

Full Experience Tale
So we tested the website ae.com for an online shopping experience, adding product to the cart and checking out, just as in any other online store we’ve tested, card went through and money was withdawn from the account, but then half an hour later the order got cancelled, but the money was not returned to the account, so check it out, you will not be receiving the products, and your money will be retained by them from your account for “up to 30 days”. They claimed to be a “security verification thing” so we tried to follow their procedure to reorder via phone, or the website, we contacted their live chat, and we placed another 10 orders, they all got cancelled, even when the orders were placed and paid in full with gift cards that were already paid in full in cash! They claimed the same “security verification” nonsense, they just need a shipping address and the gift card number to fulfill. That’s when we realized with 100% certainty that we were being discriminated by someone behind the screen that was cancelling our orders for no reason reasonable reason, due that support people gave different excuses and no one gave the real reason for the denial of service. Too bad! We’ll test other online stores and publish the reviews here to inform you, as for today, stay away from the ae.com nightmare.
